Key Responsibilities

  • Create action plan to improve growth of brands under responsibility
  • Implementation of innovation pipeline for brands of responsibility
  • Support the SBM in executing elements of the strategic L&HC plan
  • Gather and analyze data, and develop fact-based recommendations
  • Identify problems/challenges & develop alternatives and recommended solutions
  • Perform periodical category analysis demonstrating a deep understanding of Henkel & competitive brand performance
  • Support SBM in the development of the annual marketing plans in line with brand vision and financial objectives
  • Work closely with Sales & TM to develop winning strategies and sell-in stories for retailers
  • Marketing budget (for brands of responsibility), creating POs, monthly tracking and monitoring

Who we are looking for

  • University degree (BS/BA a must,  Masters a plus)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (consumer products mkg and/or sales)
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek & English
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-functional team
  • High energy level and strong analytical conceptual thinking
  • Strong strategic analytical skills
  • Organised & strong time management skill to meet strict deadlines
  • Proficiency with PC applications MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Results oriented, team player; someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion to drive brand growth
  • Knowledge of category (major competitors, target users, industry trends)
